Engineer
Ben Li-Sauerwine is a scientist, software engineer, and business leader who is building solutions for leveraging “big data.” He earned a PhD in Physics at Carnegie Mellon University for his research in the field of computational biophysics. Since completing his PhD, he has run the IBM Dream 7 competition for Breast Cancer Research, worked on Google’s cloud platform, and co-founded Stratus Medicine, a startup in the field of medical data analysis, and Stone Harbor Software, a computational finance company. Ben is a frequent contributor to open source libraries and his code has been included in the 2020 Arctic Code Vault.
